Vital Webs is a pay-as-you-go service with no long term contracts or cancellation fees. Once you upgrade your Trial Account you may cancel your account at any time and your service will end at the end of your last paid term.
All paid accounts are pay-as-you-go and must be paid in advance for the desired plan. You may cancel at any time and your account will be removed at the end of your last paid plan period. We never charge Cancellation Fees.

Self Service packages do not include Design Hours. Design Hours are available and will be quoted on a per project basis using a flat fee. Our standard Self Serve hourly rate is $40.00USD with additional discounts available for customers with a Quarterly or Yearly Plan.

Full Service packages come with specified Design Hours. Additional Design Hours are available and will be quoted on a per project basis using a flat fee. Our standard Full Serve hourly rate is $35.00USD with additional discounts available for customers with a Quarterly or Yearly plan.

All payments are processed through our Secure PayPal/Credit Card interface on a recurring subscription basis. If you wish to purchase with a Check, Money Order, or Purchase Order please contact us so we can make arrangements with you. Design Hours provided with Full Service Packages are for website setup, copywriting, research, analysis, creativity development, user training (online and/or phone), or website modification.
We pledge to provide timely updates to your website as you request them, typically within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the scope of your request. Any request that will exhaust your available Design Hours will be communicated to you before the request is completed and additional Design Hours quoted, as necessary.
Design Hours are not carried over from one plan term to the next. Design Hours not used during a plan term are forfeited and carry no value.
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our work. However, we cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions and require that you review and validate all design work to ensure that it has been completed to your satisfaction.
